As a book lover, even during those challenging times, I found solace and motivation in reading BJ Fogg's "Tiny Habits®: The Small Changes That Change Everything." I learned about the science behind habit formation. The book explains how small, consistent actions can create reliable behavior patterns — not through motivation alone, but through a systematic approach to behavior design. This evidence-based method showed me that creating better habits doesn't require massive willpower or dramatic life changes; it's about making things simple and starting small.

To further deepen my understanding and application of the Tiny Habits® Method, I completed a coaching certification in spring 2024 with the Tiny Habits® Academy, directed by Linda Fogg-Phillips. Through weekly virtual sessions with Linda and her team, as well as teachings and Q&A sessions with BJ Fogg himself, this experience equipped me with practical tools to help others. I learned specific techniques for building sustainable habits. Now, I use these scientifically-proven methods to help others create positive changes in their lives, one tiny step at a time. As I looked back on my professional journey, I realized it has been just as transformative as my personal one. I've navigated diverse industries, from managing luxury hotels to driving customer-focused strategies in e-commerce. Today, I thrive in a rewarding role at a global specialist insurer, where I contribute to innovative solutions. This varied experience has taught me that success isn't about perfection; it's about consistency, small improvements, not overnight miracles. I believe that everyone struggles, and there's no one-size-fits-all solution to personal growth. My personal journey has taught me the importance of compassion, empathy, connection, growth, and resilience — values that now form the cornerstone of my coaching practice.
